SCA Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM) - Level 2

Andrew is the immediate past President of the national Strata Community Association (SCA), a Life Member of SCA(WA), the longest serving volunteer in the history of SCA(WA), and was a foundation member of the Strata Titles Chapter for the Real Estate Institute of WA.

Andrew has been involved in Strata Title Management since 1994 and is a past President and Vice President of the WA chapter of Strata Community Australia (SCA WA).

Andrew was one of the first members of the Strata Titles Institute of WA to become an Accredited Strata Manager, and he also holds a real estate license.

Carolyn Billett – Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Carolyn has had a long career in real estate, mainly in administration roles, and was previously an assistant strata manager with us. She now holds the positions of Office Manager and Personal Assistant to our Managing Director.

Patrick (Pat) McMahon – Senior Strata Community Manager and Operations Manager

SCA Accredited Strata Community Manager (ASCM) - Level 1

Pat joined Chambers Franklyn Strata Management in 2004. Prior to joining Chambers Franklyn Strata Management, he worked for 19 years in the finance and information technology sectors.

Pat co-ordinates training, office procedures & new business, and maintains a small portfolio of properties. Pat mentors other managers as needed.

Pat is a past member of the SCA WA Education and Training Committee, and was a volunteer with the SCA WA Advisory Service.

Alex Burnett – Strata Community Manager & Business Development Manager

Alex has previous experience as a strata assistant and as a strata manager, and now manages a varied portfolio of residential and commercial schemes. He holds a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management). Alex is our Business Development Manager.

Ingolf Ruttermann – Strata Community Manager

Ingolf has over 14 years of experience as a Strata Manager. Prior to working in strata management Ingolf was a Real Estate Sales Consultant. He holds a Certificate II and III in Property Services.

Kim Rollings – Strata Community Manager

Kim has been with us since 2017 and comes from a background of over 30 years in real estate conveyancing, land development and property management . Her skills in these areas compliment her skills as a Strata Manager.

Mike Mitchell – Strata Community Manager

Mike has over 8 years experience as a strata manager, and joined our team in 2021.

Sheryl Johnson – Strata Community Manager

Sheryl has been with us since early 2018. She has previous real estate experience and currently manages a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use strata schemes.

Sarah Lower – Strata Community Manager

Sarah joined us in 2020 as a Strata Manager, and maintains a portfolio of small to medium sized strata properties.

Tara Belczowski – Insurance & Compliance Officer

Tara re-joined our team in 2021 and has over 15 years experience in all facets of strata management.

Bec is a part time assistant with over ten years of experience in all facets of strata administration. Bec is currently Assistant Strata Manager to Ingolf Ruttermann.

Sally Ferreira – Assistant Strata Manager

Sally joined Chambers Franklyn in 2021. She is currently the Assistant Strata Manager to strata manager Mike Mitchell.

Vicki McFarlane – Assistant Strata Manager

Vicki commenced with us in 2011 and is currently Assistant Strata Manager to strata managers Sheryl Johnson & Sarah Lower.

Gordana Yugovich – Assistant Strata Manager

Gordana joined us in 2021 and is Assistant Strata Manager to Alex Burnett.

Tina Tsakisiris – Assistant Strata Manager

Tina is an Assistant Strata Manager who joined us in 2021, and is currently assistant to strata manager Kim Rollings.

Melissa Cox – Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Melissa was previously employed as a Strata Assistant and after a short break to raise her family has re-joined us as our part time receptionist & administration assistant.

Jessica Guerriero – Receptionist

Jessica joined our team in 2021 and is the first point of contact you will have with our office.
