Our Strata Managers are responsible for mixed residential and commercial strata portfolios and their duties include:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with strata company Council of Owners
  • Strong financial and budgeting acumen
  • Scheduling, attending, and chairing meetings for your Strata Company’s
  • Producing minutes of meetings and liaising with the new Council of Owners
  • Consulting with the council of owners, owners, property managers, and residents to cultivate good relations and ensure all expectations are being met.
  • Demonstrate professional expertise in handling queries and conflicts from clients, owners, and contractors.
  • Understanding our role as a leading strata management company and our management contract with your strata company
  • Following through with maintenance contracts and work orders whilst consulting with contractors to ensure work is completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintaining and updating your knowledge of the Strata Titles Act, strata titles general regulations, and other relevant legislation to ensure you can obtain and maintain SCA WA accreditation.

Our Administration and Client support team requires the same determination to learn and grow.

We provide industry training and continual learning that enables our team to grow and establish a rewarding career in the Strata Industry
