Strata Community Association (SCA)

Chambers Franklyn Strata Management is strongly affiliated with the Strata Community Association (SCA), the peak body driving strata professionalism in Australia.

For over thirty years Andrew has made a positive contribution to Strata and is one of the longest-serving volunteers in the history of SCA (WA), and was a foundation member of the Strata Titles Chapter for the Real Estate Institute of WA.

Andrew Chambers, has served as President of the National Strata Community Association and has previously served several tenures as President of the WA Board, and is currently the Immediate Past President of the SWA WA.

All of our Strata Community Managers and Associate Managers are actively involved with SCA WA, contributing to the continual development of the strata industry, both with WA and nationally.

We proudly support and contribute to SCA to improve industry professionalism, perception, and education.
