From ensuring your record keeping and financial reporting complies with The Strata Titles Act 1985, to diffusing tensions between neighbours at strata council meetings, Chambers Franklyn takes the headache out of strata management.

We offer two levels of service – a standard service which covers all the day to day basics of managing a strata property, and a specialist service which lets clients create their own tailor made solution to match their strata management needs.

Our Standard Service includes:

Accounting and insurance services

This involves looking after all the finances of the strata company from issuing levy contribution notices and paying accounts to providing financial reports and all other general financial services. We also lodge insurance claims and organise renewals.

Secretarial service

Attending to all correspondence, maintaining minute records and other requirements under the Strata Titles Act 1985.

Meetings

Chambers Franklyn staff arrange and compile all necessary documents for Annual General Meetings, book the venue, take the meeting minutes, and chair the meeting if required.

Technical support

Chambers Franklyn’s Accredited Strata Managers are also available to answer queries about standard by-laws and advise the strata council on managing issues relating to these by-laws.

Repairs and maintenance

Chambers Franklyn arranges maintenance and repairs through its portfolio of trusted suppliers. All repairs and maintenance are undertaken in a timely manner and to a professional standard. Our preferred suppliers have worked with us for many years and are tried and trusted in the quality of the services they deliver.

We work with a number of suppliers in each service area – electricians, plumbers, general handymen etc –to enable us to deliver competitively priced repair and maintenance solutions.

Specialist Services

Chambers Franklyn also offers a range of specialist services that are additional to our standard service offering. These services include:

  • Additional meetings
  • Arranging building reports/quotes
  • Liaison with Insurance assessors
  • Serving notices to comply with by-laws
  • Archive facilities
  • Arrange by-laws in liaison with solicitors
